Her areas of focus include talent strategies across the talent lifecycle (from recruitment to retirement). brbr She is an academic for over two decades, and has taught Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Business Communication & Business Ethics, at premier B-Schools in India, including IMT Ghaziabad.
