Genesis Executive Solutions, (formerly Genesis Psychological Assessment and Counselling Center) was founded in 1997 by Dr. Seeta Gupta. She wanted to use her expertise in psychological assessments, to help organizations plan targeted workforce interventions (e.g. access, engage, develop professionals) at all levels in the organization.

Over the years, using a battery of assessments, we at Genesis, have repeatedly helped clients be more deliberate in optimizing performance, both at the individual, and at the organization level. We actively tap into our industry and academic networks to cater to changing business needs – for instance accessing non-traditional talent; cultivating diversity and inclusion.
